I thought I would not live without my hunger to taste new and different kind of food at all the corners of India.But this heavenly tasting Tomato Utthapam made me pause a little bit and enjoy the savoury delight leaving aside all the other delectable for few days. Made with fermented grained rice , a little butter or oil and scrumptious Tomatoes along with some secret south India spices ( I think this is some special ingredients added to the gunpowder) on a simmering heat …cooked from both the side of the circular spread.. .served with Coconut, coriander and some orgasmic Red coloured Chutney.All that with the ever popular Filter Coffee found in every Corner shop of Bangalore .. WoW.. what a life !!
